Understand the donor’s daily limit

Each ruler’s daily Treasury donation allowance is based on twelve hours of raw regular-city Gold production. Raw means the underlying production before bonuses. A boosted headline income is not the correct number to multiply.

The first successful donation of the UTC day locks that day’s allowance. Increasing production afterward does not reopen a larger cap for the same day. Check the remaining allowance in the game before promising the clan another contribution.

For a fictional kingdom producing 20,000 raw Gold per hour, twelve hours gives a daily allowance of 240,000 Gold. A first donation of 90,000 leaves 150,000 under that example’s locked cap. You still need the Gold in your own balance; the allowance does not create it.

Donate only what you intend to leave with the clan

Treasury donations are not withdrawable. Treat the transfer as a commitment to clan projects, not a savings account you can draw from before your next attack. Keep a personal reserve for the city upgrades, gear fees and skill changes your own operation requires.

Clan coordination helps here. If one member can cover the remaining project cost comfortably, several smaller kingdoms do not need to empty their balances just to make the Treasury number look larger. Agree on the target amount and verify each accepted donation rather than counting messages about intended payments.

Choose the next job from the actual Tower state

Inspect the Tower’s wall, building levels and active projects. After a hostile capture, wall and building levels may have fallen. Repairing the current weakness can be more useful than buying the next visible building upgrade automatically.

The Engineers’ Workshop improves Tower development and repair. Its benefit for a job is recorded when that job starts. Buying a Workshop level does not shorten a repair already running. Compare the value for future jobs against what the current defense needs today.

The Clan Shop gives members access to its unlocked items and purchasing allowances. Its benefit depends on whether members can use those options. New Training Grounds and Infirmary upgrades remain paused, so they should not appear as available items in your funding plan.

Keep authorization separate from funding

Having enough Gold in the Treasury does not grant every member permission to spend it. The interface exposes actions according to clan role. Ask the member who can authorize the chosen job to confirm its current cost and requirements before collecting the final amount.

Record the purpose in ordinary clan communication: for example, “fund the quoted wall repair, then review the next Workshop level.” Avoid promising a price from an old guide or screenshot. The current confirmation is the amount the clan must be ready to pay.

Close the loop after the purchase

Confirm the Treasury balance and the new job or building state after the authorized action. If the request was interrupted, reopen the panel before repeating it. A reduced balance with an active job may mean the first request succeeded.

Then tell donors what was funded and what remains. This makes the next donation request concrete and prevents two groups from collecting for the same already-paid project.
