Before you begin

  1. Check your clan’s Tower and Treasury balance.
  2. Finish wall repairs before starting construction.
  3. Separate shared construction costs from personal Shop purchases.

InfirmarySaved levels and artwork remain. New upgrades are paused; new Tower defense receives no building recovery bonus.

The September 30 change retires the two combat bonuses. Already-paid projects may finish, and already-launched armies keep their recorded attack strength. Replacement mechanics have not been announced. Clan Shop and Engineers’ Workshop remain useful choices for new spending.

One building project at a time

Open your clan’s Tower, choose Info and then Buildings. Leaders and Officers spend donated Treasury Gold. A building must finish a level before its next benefit applies. There is one active building project, with no waiting queue, cancellation or refund. The separate wall queue can run alongside it.

Starting requires fully repaired walls and no incoming attack. Attacks or wall damage pause building work without deleting its progress; work resumes when those conditions clear. Completed benefits remain available during an upgrade or repair. Capture cancels unfinished work without refund and lowers each completed building by one level, with a Level 1 floor; an unbuilt building stays at Level 0.

Plan the Workshop around future wall work

The Workshop shortens wall work, not building construction. New wall jobs targeting Level T begin from 10 + 2 × (T − 2) minutes, then apply the completed Workshop reduction. A job locks its duration when it begins; upgrading the Workshop does not shorten a timer already running.

For example, a new wall upgrade to Level 7 starts from 20 minutes. A completed Level 4 Workshop reduces that to 16 minutes. Already-paid legacy wall jobs retain their original timing. Repairs are paid and manually started; an existing repair continues under attack, but a new one cannot begin then.

Spend personal Gold in the Clan Shop

Store opens the selected Tower’s Shop Items tab. That Tower needs a completed Shop; you do not need troops in its garrison to browse. Buying requires 24 hours of clan membership. Construction spends Treasury Gold, but items spend your personal Gold and arrive in your inventory.

Ordinary stock renews at 00:00 UTC. The Shield timer starts after a successful purchase. Main-shop allowances are separate. Leaving, rejoining or changing clans does not refill your personal Clan Shop allowance. Prices follow the current personal-shop calculation, so review the quote and remaining stock before purchase.

Agree on a funding plan

All members can donate in Clan → Rewards → Treasury; only Leaders and Officers may spend. Donations cannot be withdrawn. The daily allowance is twelve hours of raw Gold production, fixed at your first successful donation of that UTC day. Later production upgrades do not expand that day’s locked allowance.

Keep enough personal Gold for your own city upgrades and equipment. Agree whether the next clan payment funds repair, wall strength or a completed Shop unlock. Treasury funds, building progress and Tower ownership reset with the seasonal world. Read the Tower campaign guide before assembling the troops that will protect that investment.
