Agreement and eligibility
By accessing Crownlands, you agree to these Terms of Use, the current Game Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game or submit information through its services. Crownlands is a general-audience strategy game and is not directed to children below the age required to consent to online services in their location without authorization from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for using an authentication account you are authorized to control and for protecting access to that account. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, active sessions, or account tokens.
Shared-world service
Crownlands is an actively developed multiplayer game. The server is authoritative for ownership, resources, armies, battles, rewards, clans, rankings, and other shared outcomes. The interface may briefly display cached or estimated information during a reconnect; the validated server result controls.
Availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, world-capacity limits, balance releases, migrations, and resets may interrupt or change the service. When practical, significant changes will be explained through the public Updates page or the in-game patch notes.
Virtual kingdoms and resources
Accounts receive access to a revocable game service, not ownership of server records. Cities, troops, gold, gear, items, skills, experience, clan status, rankings, and rewards are virtual gameplay resources. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold, transferred for payment, or represented as a financial asset.
Balance changes can alter prices, production, power, limits, availability, or progression. Crownlands may correct duplicated resources, invalid rewards, impossible orders, or other state created through a defect or prohibited action.
Acceptable use
You may play normally, use the public guides, discuss strategy, report defects, and share your own screenshots or commentary. You may not operate bots, macros, packet replays, modified clients, scripted gameplay, credential attacks, denial-of-service activity, or tools designed to bypass server validation, rate limits, protection systems, or advertising reward verification.
Do not attempt to access another person's private data, forge identity or clan fields, exploit race conditions, manufacture rankings through coordinated throwaway accounts, publish malicious links, or use community features for harassment, hate, threats, scams, sexual content, or disclosure of personal information. The detailed Game Rules are incorporated into these terms.
Guides, artwork, and game materials
The Crownlands name, original game interface, world presentation, guides, calculations, screenshots, and project artwork are provided for playing, learning about, and discussing Crownlands. You may link to public pages and share reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not present the project as your own, republish substantial guide content as a competing site, remove ownership notices, or use game materials to mislead players.
Third-party services, libraries, fonts, authentication systems, hosting, and advertising technology remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.
Moderation and enforcement
Crownlands may reject actions, remove prohibited public text, reverse invalid state where practical, rate-limit access, preserve relevant security records, or suspend associated accounts when conduct threatens players, the service, or fair competition. Enforcement may consider server records, severity, repetition, attempts to conceal abuse, and the risk created for other people.
Responsible security reports should stop before accessing private data or changing another player's state. Submit the minimum information necessary through Support or the public issue tracker and do not publish active exploit instructions while the issue remains unresolved.
Disclaimers and changes
Crownlands is provided on an “as available” basis as permitted by applicable law. The project does not promise uninterrupted access, preservation of a particular balance value, continued control of a virtual holding, or compatibility with every browser and device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms may be updated when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will change the effective date above. Continuing to use Crownlands after an update means the current terms apply.
